Standard Ticket Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions and interpretation

"Event" means an entertainment event including, without limitation, a concert, exhibition, sports, theatrical and/or music event to be held at a Venue in respect of which We have the right to sell You Tickets.

"Tickets" means tickets or other types of evidence (including electronic tickets) for an Event sold by Us to You on behalf of the organization responsible for the Event for the right to occupy space at or to attend an Event.

"Venue" means any facilities or locations of any nature where the Event is being held.

"We" means [Ticket seller]. "Us" and "Our" shall be read accordingly.

"You" means you or anybody who in Our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission. "Your" shall be read accordingly.

"Promoter" means the person firm or company staging the Event if different from Us and the Venue.

"Group" means group organisers, charities, travel and coach companies or other organisations that We have agreed to sell to knowing that the Tickets are intended for resale.

2. Incorporation

These Terms and Conditions incorporate and should be read in accordance with the Venue and/or Promoter terms, conditions and regulations, copies of which are available upon request from the Venue. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to Venue or Event requirements, those of the Promoter shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are an extension of Devotee’s Code of Practice which is available from website of


i. We confirm that We are authorized to sell Tickets.

ii. The Participants should be adult whose age is eighteen or above.

iv. There should be smart dress please.

v. Strictly No trainers.

vi. On rare occasions the show or event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Theatre or Venue Management.

vii. Please note that it is DWL ‘s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen(18).At any time during the event ,Devotee staff and security shall have the right to ask guests to produce valid proof of age identification. Devotee may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18)years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated.

viii. Guest are not allowed or have the right to bring any eatable thing or alcohol in the event from outside along with.

ix. Personal item left in the venue cloakroom or elsewhere at the venue are left at owners ‘ discretion.

x.If any damage to the property of the Venue is arise by the customer, he will be responsible for that and have to pay amount equal to the value of property damaged.

xi.We cannot be held liable for any damages of whatsoever nature, property loss, injuries caused or suffered by a Participant who was under influence of alcohol or any other drugs.

xii.We cannot be held liable for any damages of whatsoever nature, property loss, injuries caused or suffered by a Participant who did not follow up instructions and safety guidelines instructed by us or our supplier.

xii.No anti Social behavior accepted.

4. Tickets, Cancellation & refunds

All Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase as purchase of Tickets constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

i. All tickets shall be sold on a first –come first –served basis.

ii. A valid Ticket must be produced to get into an Event. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the Ticket may invalidate Your Ticket.

iii. It is Your responsibility to check Your Tickets as if you have made a mistake they cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Tickets on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

iv. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle Devotee or the Promoter to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

v. We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets, for example but not limited to non-seated events where there is a possibility of both the original and duplicate tickets being used, compromising the licensed capacity of the venue. Duplicates may therefore be issued at the discretion of the Promoter or the Venue acting reasonably. In the event of duplicates being issued, a reasonable administration charge may be levied.

vi. We and the Promoter reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket should the staging of the Event so reasonably require, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket.

vii. To prevent fraud and protect Devotee World Limited and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets.

viii. If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, the Promoter will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an event is cancelled by the Promoter you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the Booking Fee and any Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances

ix. Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the event or the date that we receive your returned tickets, whichever is later.

x. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with the all terms and conditions applicable to those tickets, the venue or the event attending an event.

xi. Where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example of age or student status) may be required.

xii. Ownership or possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on You to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trade marks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.

5. Devotee will try its best to serve the customer.
